Wooden & Timber Lodges for Sale
For buyers seeking something truly distinctive, Eden Resorts has three traditional timber lodges at Messingham Lakes: The Wooden Barnhouse (4-bed, £350,000), The Barn (3-bed, £150,000), and The Den (1-bed, £100,000). How Lodge Ownership Works
All Eden Resorts lodges are sold fully furnished and turn-key ready. Lodge licences are available for 25 or 50 years. There is no stamp duty to pay. To reserve a lodge, a £1,000 deposit is required, followed by 10% of the purchase price within 28 days, with the balance due on completion.
Sub-letting is permitted at both resorts, allowing you to share your lodge with paying guests when you are not using it. A holiday lodge is a depreciating asset. Eden Resorts is not authorised or regulated by the FCA.
